We hate to see Rosie users leave, but if you need to cancel your plan you can follow the steps below:
Log into your Rosie admin account
Navigate to the Account tab
Select the 'Edit' button on the Subscription line, this will open the Stripe billing portal
Select the 'Cancel plan' button in the Stripe billing portal
Confirm your selection by selecting 'Cancel plan' on the next page
You will have access to Rosie and all of your account features until the end of your current billing cycle, and will be charged for any minute overages for the month. You can turn off your Rosie forwarding at any time to avoid overage charges.
