A customer calls, Rosie answers, and you get the details by text or email — but Jobber has no idea the call happened. If Jobber is where you run your clients and jobs, that's a gap you end up filling in by hand, or not at all.
Connect Jobber to Rosie and every call logs itself. Rosie recognizes callers who are already in your clients, creates a client for first-time callers, and adds each call as a note on the right client. Texts and website chats get logged too.
Setup takes about a minute, it's included on every Rosie plan, and it works on every Jobber plan.
How It Works
Connect Jobber from the Integrations page in Rosie.
When a call ends, Rosie looks the caller up in Jobber by phone number.
If they're already a client, the call is added to their record. If they're new, Rosie creates the client first.
The call appears as a note on the client, with a summary of what was discussed and a link back to the full call details in Rosie.
That's it. There's nothing to configure in Jobber and nothing new to teach Rosie.
Connecting Jobber
In Rosie, go to Integrations and select Jobber.
Select Connect. You'll be redirected to Jobber to give Rosie permission to view and create clients and add notes.
Log in with your Jobber account.
Select Allow Access. Once connected, Rosie starts logging new calls right away.
What Gets Logged
Calls — every call Rosie answers becomes a note on the client in Jobber, with a summary of the conversation and a link to the full details in your Rosie dashboard.
Texts and website chats — each conversation gets logged as a note too. If the conversation keeps going, the note updates in place, so you get one clean note per conversation instead of a pile of fragments.
New callers — first-time callers become new Jobber clients automatically, with their name and phone number filled in. Jobber also marks Rosie as the client's lead source, so you always know where they came from. If a caller doesn't share their name, you still get the client — it's saved as "Unknown Caller" with their phone number, and Rosie fills in the real name if they give it on a later call.
Existing clients — Rosie matches by phone number, so there are no duplicates. If a client is missing a name, Rosie fills it in; she never overwrites information you already have.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect anytime from the Integrations page — open Jobber and select Disconnect. Rosie stops logging immediately. Everything she's already added to Jobber stays right where it is.
FAQs
Which Jobber plan do I need?
Any plan works.
What happens if the caller is already in my Jobber?
Rosie finds them by phone number and adds the call to their existing record — no duplicate clients.
My connection stopped working. What happened?
Two things can break a Jobber connection: downgrading your Jobber plan, or deactivating the Jobber team member who originally connected Rosie. Either way, the fix is quick — go to Integrations in Rosie and reconnect.
Can Rosie book jobs or appointments in Jobber?
No — this integration logs calls, texts, chats, and clients. Appointment booking works through your connected calendar, same as always.
Can I connect more than one CRM?
One CRM per Rosie account. If you switch CRMs, disconnect the old one first.
Does this cost extra?
No. CRM integrations are included on every Rosie plan.
