A customer calls, Rosie answers, and you get the details by text or email — but Kommo has no idea the call happened. If Kommo is where you run your contacts and pipeline, that's a gap you end up filling in by hand, or not at all.
Connect Kommo to Rosie and every call logs itself. Rosie recognizes callers who are already in your contacts, creates a contact for first-time callers, and logs each call on the right person. Texts and website chats get logged too.
Setup takes a couple of minutes and it's included on every Rosie plan.
How It Works
Connect Kommo from the Integrations page in Rosie.
When a call ends, Rosie looks the caller up in Kommo by phone number.
If they're already a contact, the call is logged on them. If they're new, Rosie creates the contact first.
The call appears on the contact's feed as a call entry with the duration, alongside a note with a summary of what was discussed and a link back to the full call details in Rosie.
That's it. There's nothing else to configure in Kommo and nothing new to teach Rosie.
Connecting Kommo
You'll need two things from Kommo: your subdomain and a long-lived token.
In Kommo, go to Settings → Integrations and create a private integration. Kommo emails you a 6-digit code to confirm it — enter that when asked.
Open Keys and scopes and generate a long-lived token. When Kommo asks how long the token should last, choose 5 years — the connection stops working when the token expires. Copy the token right away; Kommo shows it only once.
In Rosie, go to Integrations and select Kommo.
Enter your subdomain — the first part of your Kommo web address, so acme if you sign in at acme.kommo.com — and paste the long-lived token.
Select Connect. Rosie checks the details on the spot and starts logging new calls right away.
What Gets Logged
Calls — every call Rosie answers becomes a call entry on the contact in Kommo, showing the caller's number and how long the call ran, with the recording playable right there when the call has one (for 30 days). The summary of the conversation and a link to the full details in your Rosie dashboard come through as a note next to it.
Texts and website chats — each conversation gets logged as a note too, updated as the conversation goes on — one note per conversation.
New callers — first-time callers become new Kommo contacts automatically, with their name and phone number filled in. If a caller doesn't share their name, you still get the contact — it comes in as "Unknown Caller" with their phone number, and Rosie fills in the real name if they give it on a later call.
Existing contacts — Rosie matches by phone number, so there are no duplicates. If a contact is missing a name, Rosie fills it in; she never overwrites information you already have.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect anytime from the Integrations page — open Kommo and select Disconnect. Rosie stops logging immediately. Everything she's already added to Kommo stays right where it is.
FAQs
Which Kommo plan do I need?
Any of them. Private integrations work on every Kommo plan, trials included.
Why are there two entries for one call?
Kommo's call entry carries the number, the duration and the recording, but it can't carry text — so the summary comes through as a note beside it. Together they give you the whole call.
My connection stopped working. What happened?
Either the token expired or it was revoked in Kommo. Generate a new long-lived token under Keys and scopes — choosing 5 years — and reconnect in Rosie.
How long are call recordings available?
The recording is playable for 30 days. The call summary and details stay on the contact permanently.
What happens if the caller is already in my Kommo?
Rosie finds them by phone number and logs the call on their existing contact — no duplicate people. She checks the numbers on each match before using it, so a company or lead that happens to share digits doesn't get the call.
Can Rosie book jobs or appointments in Kommo?
No — this integration logs calls, texts, chats, and contacts. Appointment booking works through your connected calendar, same as always.
Can I connect more than one CRM?
One CRM per Rosie account. If you switch CRMs, disconnect the old one first.
Does this cost extra?
No. CRM integrations are included on every Rosie plan.
