CRM | noCRM.io Integration

How to connect noCRM.io so every call Rosie answers is logged on the right lead automatically.

A customer calls, Rosie answers, and you get the details by text or email — but noCRM.io has no idea the call happened. If noCRM is where you work your leads, that's a gap you end up filling in by hand, or not at all.

Connect noCRM.io to Rosie and every call logs itself. Rosie recognizes callers who are already in your leads, creates a lead for first-time callers, and logs each call on the right one. Texts and website chats get logged too.

Setup takes a couple of minutes and it's included on every Rosie plan.

How It Works

  1. Connect noCRM.io from the Integrations page in Rosie.

  2. When a call ends, Rosie looks the caller up in noCRM by phone number.

  3. If they already have a lead, the call is logged on it. If they're new, Rosie creates the lead first.

  4. The call appears as a comment on the lead, with a summary of what was discussed and a link back to the full call details in Rosie.

That's it. There's nothing else to configure in noCRM and nothing new to teach Rosie.

Connecting noCRM.io

Heads up: you'll need noCRM's Expert plan or above — their other plans don't allow outside connections. Your lead fields also need a phone field, marked as a key field, because that's what Rosie matches callers against. Most accounts already have one.

  1. In noCRM, go to Admin Panel → Integrations → API & automations → API Keys and create a key for Rosie.

  2. In Rosie, go to Integrations and select noCRM.io.

  3. Enter your subdomain — the first part of your noCRM web address, so acme if you sign in at acme.nocrm.io — and paste the API key.

  4. Select Connect. Rosie finds your phone field on her own, checks everything on the spot, and starts logging new calls right away.

What Gets Logged

Calls — every call Rosie answers becomes a comment on the lead in noCRM, marked as call activity where your account has a call activity set up, with a summary of the conversation and a link to the full details in your Rosie dashboard.

Texts and website chats — each conversation gets logged as its own comment, updated as the conversation goes on — one comment per conversation.

New callers — first-time callers become new noCRM leads automatically, titled with their name and phone number, and with their details written into your lead fields. If a caller doesn't share their name, you still get the lead — it comes in as "Unknown Caller" with their phone number, and Rosie renames it once they give a full name on a later call. A title you wrote yourself is never changed.

Existing leads — Rosie matches by phone number, so there are no duplicate leads. If a lead is missing a name or email, Rosie fills it in; she never overwrites information you already have.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect anytime from the Integrations page — open noCRM.io and select Disconnect. Rosie stops logging immediately. Everything she's already added to noCRM stays right where it is.

FAQs

Which noCRM plan do I need?
The Expert plan or above. noCRM's lower plans don't allow connections like this one.

Rosie said noCRM has no phone field. What do I do?
Rosie matches callers by phone number, so she needs a phone field in your lead fields — ideally marked as a key field, which is how noCRM flags the fields it uses to spot duplicates. Add one in noCRM, then reconnect.

A repeat customer's call landed on an old lead. Why?
noCRM works in leads rather than contacts, so a caller Rosie already knows is matched to their existing lead — even when that lead is already won or lost. If most of your calls are new enquiries, this is exactly what you want. If you get a lot of repeat business from the same customers, expect their calls to keep landing on the lead you first created for them.

My connection stopped working. What happened?
Almost always the API key was deleted in noCRM. Create a new one under Admin Panel → Integrations → API & automations → API Keys and reconnect in Rosie.

What happens if the caller already has a lead?
Rosie finds it by phone number and adds the call as a comment there — no duplicate leads.

Can Rosie book jobs or appointments in noCRM?
No — this integration logs calls, texts, chats, and leads. Appointment booking works through your connected calendar, same as always.

Can I connect more than one CRM?
One CRM per Rosie account. If you switch CRMs, disconnect the old one first.

Does this cost extra?
No. CRM integrations are included on every Rosie plan.
