How to use Rosie for appointments

Want Rosie to help your customers book appointments with your business? This help doc will walk you through the steps!

Your Rosie can easily assist callers looking to schedule an appointment with your business by texting them a direct scheduling link during the call. To set up this capability for your business, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Capabilities

  2. Locate the Accept Appointments section

  3. Toggle the section 'On'

  4. Click '+ Add Scheduling Link' button

  5. Copy and paste the link to your online business scheduler in the modal. You can also optionally customize the text that will be sent to your callers.

    1. This link and text can be updated at any time

  6. Click 'Save' button in modal

Note: If the Accept Appointments section is toggled 'On' but no link is saved, your Rosie agent will not allow callers to request appointments and will direct them to leave a message instead.
