How to set up email and text notifications

Have Rosie notify you every time a call comes in to your account

Too many accounts to manage already? We get it. You can set up email and/or text notifications to alert you any time you get a new call to your Rosie account, giving you a brief overview of the call and a direct link to the call detail view.

To set up email and text notifications, log into your Rosie admin account and navigate to the Account tab. Under the Contact Information section toggle on the notifications you would like to receive.

If you would like to receive text notifications, you will need to designate a phone number capable of receiving SMS messages and all standard rates will apply.

If you would like to receive notifications via another system, you can leverage our Zapier integration to set up Zaps to other applications and trigger alerts. Instructions for our Zapier integration can be found here: https://heyrosie.com/support/en/articles/9718226-integrating-with-zapier
