If you would like your Rosie agent to collect information when callers leave a message, such as their address or favorite color, you can add custom questions specific to your business by following the instructions below:
Navigate to Settings -> Capabilities
Locate the Take messages section on the page
Select '+ Add' button
Write the question you would like Rosie to ask the caller - Rosie will ask the question exactly as written, so phrasing is key
Remember: Rosie already gathers the phone number of the caller and asks for their full name!
Publish your changes
With all updates to your Rosie agent, we recommend calling your agent after publishing and testing them to ensure you approve of the caller experience for your business.
