Of course! Our team is around to answer any questions you may have as you get started with Rosie. Just chat us from within the Admin.
Do you have a free trial period?
Yes! We offer your first 25 minutes completely free (with no credit card required to start). After your first 25 minutes, your account will convert to a paid plan at $49/month.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes! There's no need to change your existing business number. We'll walk you through the call forwarding set-up within your existing phone system.
How long does it take to set-up?
It's quick! We scan your website to train Rosie immediately. Then you just confirm your data is accurate, add any FAQs and message requirements and you're good to go.
How can I provide Rosie feedback?
You can always edit and add FAQs for Rosie in the Admin. You can also reach out to us for help along the way.
Can I start using Rosie for after hours and overflow calls only?
Absolutely. You can enable Rosie for after hours and/or overflow only when you set up conditional call forwarding.
Does Rosie stay updated on my business information, like hours?
We'll scan your business hours and other information from you Google Business Profile and website, and you can edit and update the info at any time.
Are minutes really unlimited?
Yes, but we do reserve the right to get in touch if we believe an enterprise contract is more appropriate for your account. See our Terms of Service for limitations.
