If Rosie comes across a question she can't answer, she'll let the customer know and offer to have someone from your team follow up. She can also direct them to your website or a contact form so every customer gets the info they need - even if it's not something Rosie can handle right away.
Can Rosie give customers pricing estimates or service availability?
Rosie can give pricing estimates in the Growth Plan and can provide general pricing information based on the info you provide in the FAQs feature on all other plans. She can also inform customers about service availability and send booking links, ensuring they get the details they need fast - helping you secure more jobs with less hassle.
